Angie has worked with many companies in England & Ireland including Bruiser, Belfast; Feelgood Theatre, Manchester; Tutti Frutti, Huddersfield, CTC (now Hullaballoo), Darlington & is a founder member of Kabosh Productions, Belfast. She is an accomplished singer, her credits including Jazz Europe Vocale, France; Torrid Star, Liverpool & The Swing Gals, Belfast (of which she was also a founder member).

.jpg) Training: LIPA, BA in Music and Performing Arts Edward is the Director of Impropriety's improvised musical, ShowOff. He moved to Liverpool to study a BA in Music at LIPA, where he had the good fortune to be introduced to Impro by our very own Herman Gambhir. In the past two years since he has trained tirelessly by performing regular short-form shows with impro groups Purple Circle, Sticky Floor, and of course, Impropriety. Years spent as a singer-songwriter have earnt him a particular flair for song improvisation, and an obsession with stories and adventure drives his personal love of long-form. He also performs in musical comedy duo The Amazing Tom&Ed Brothers, who are preparing for their Edinburgh Fringe debut this year. Secretly, in his spare time, is working on an exciting Pen-and-Paper Role-Playing-Game based on long-form improvisation structures.

.jpg) Born and raised in Houston TX - Herman then moved to Amsterdam acting for Easylaughs an underground improv troupe performing regularly in the city. He then found himself in Liverpool & co-founded a fresh improv troupe called the Purple Circle, staging a 24 Hour Improvathon, Mission to Mars alongside members of Impropriety. He too has participated in the London 50 hour Improvathon, the 2008 minute Liverpool Improvathon and the 29 Hour Bristol Jam with the Sticking Place (London). He loves smashing the gym and finds women to be the most amazing thing on this planet...CAUTION: Be aware of flying chairs.

One of the founder members of Impropriety, Ian has always been very interested in the art of improvisation and its uses in creating performance. Prior to Impropriety he worked on various Improv shows Including "Casting the Oracle" a completely improvised Greek tragedy complete with chorus and multiple dead messengers. One of his main jobs in Impropriety is running the weekly Wednesday workshops which he loves because it introduces him to such a wide range of very talented people. When he is not being utterly silly he is also a regular actor and has performed in everything from Shakespeare to Farce, more details can be found on his agents page or on his spotlight breakdown.

A co-founder of Impropriety, Paul was forced into improv by theatre maverick Ken Campbell. For this he is very grateful. His improv credits include Farting Around in Disguises at the Everyman Theatre, Shall We Shog at The Globe. He has completed all 3 of the London 50 hour improvathons performing with DIE-Nasty (Canada) and The Sticking Place (London). He was the instigator of the 2008 minute Liverpool Improvathon. Paul is also an accomplished stilt walking performer (as if he wasn't tall enough!) performing at festivals up and down the country. He likes soup.

.jpg) Trained: LIPA
Pete is one of the co-founders of Impropriety, after having very little involvement with Liverpool's 2008 minute Improvathon Oh Wait in '08. He also co-founded the Purple Circle another Liverpool based improv company who performed their very own 24 hour Improvathon in 2009. Pete is a professional clown, street performer and stilt walker. Very occasionally Pete likes to class himself as a proper actor, this is, however, very infrequent. He loves everyone.

Richard trained at Webber Douglas and over the years has appeared in many plays over the last thirty years including stage productions of Blue Remembered Hills, Dog Day Afternoon, A Clockwork Orange, Of Mice And Men and The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists. No stranger to improvisation he has worked for Ken Campbell in the mass improvisation Farting About In Disguises at the Liverpool Everyman and Shall We Shog? at The Southwark Globe.

Trained: Buckinghamshire Chilterns University, The Actors Studio at Pinewood Studios
Recent Credits: Village Housing Association radio commercial for Juice FM and Mother Goose National tour for Partytime Productions. Impropriety is Stefanie's first foray into the improvised theatre world. As she has had plenty of practice improvising her way through life, she thought it would be apt to share her comical journey with the rest of the world
